Superbowl Party Last Call

A quick rundown on the party at the Jones house.

So far, we've got these coming:

Ross Jones & family, hot dogs
Derek Johnson & family, brownies
Mark Redferrin & family
Brad Dozier & family, desert
Rob Mathias & family
Tom Caldwell & his single lifestyle
Stacy Hunt & family, chili
Joey Czarneski (close?) & family, Coke & chips

Had a couple others say they'd try to come but not sure. Plenty of room for more brothers, young & old alike.

If you can make it to the party, just post here & what you can bring.

Help A Brother - GIS Systems Analyst

Grad Brother Looking for Project Lead/Systems Analyst type job

There's a grad brother in the Knoxville area that's looking for a computer/networking/IT job.

He has been working as a Project Lead/Systems Analyst with TVA and their economic partners with GIS database-driven applications and websites. He also has done alot of Windows Network Administration and support.

How can you help?

If you know of a position like this available, great! If you don't, take a few minutes to ask someone that might know at your office/church/club/gym if they know of anything.

Drop me an email or post a brief comment here and I'll hook you up.

Help A Brother - Network Administrator

Grad Brother Looking for Network Administrator type job

There's a grad brother here in the Nashville area that's looking for a computer/networking/IT job.

He's got multiple network certifications and has managed some pretty good size data centers. Managed a staff of about 8 people at his most recent position.

How can you help?

NashvilleFiji.com

What to do with this website?

Of the several hundred Theta Tau grad brothers, there's probably the highest concentration of us in the Nashville area. Quite a few of us stay in touch with some of the brothers we knew in school. And more than once, we've tried to organize ourselves to benefit both ourselves and the chapter.

I think it was about 3 years ago that we last tried to form a graduate chapter. We had about 3 get togethers with as many as 10 grads. While it was great to get together with friends, both new and old, the concept fizzled.

I put together this website primarily as a communication tool but I want to ask you:
What would you like to see on this website?

Should it be a vehicle to organize a new grad chapter?
A simple blog for posting news about the grads?
A convenient place for the grad relations chair to post info?
A place to rag on the (insert other fraternity here)?
Business networking (anybody need a network manager, seriously)?
Would a forum be useful?

Let me know what you think nashvillefifji.com should be and I'll try to make it happen.

Please keep in mind this is a public website. No secrets allowed ;)
